Who can pull CarFax for me?

I’m looking for a used RAV4 for my daughter.

There’s a free version of Carfax called MyCarfax. The idea is it’s supposed to be for your personal vehicles with a vehicle limit in “your garage” but you can delete and add vehicles in your garage as much as you want. Completely free, they even have an app. It shows maintenance history, any open recalls, and I think any accidents.
