And what the hell is so hard about running a decent fab shop? Make a good product, keep customers informed, don't get greedy. Seems like there's a big hole in the market waiting to get filled. #thatswhatshesaid
I think the issue with a lot of these fab shops is A) they don't know how to run a business B) they over promise and under deliver all the time. Fab work takes time, but production fab shouldn't take near as long to deliver a finished product. C) they have shitty employee's because they aren't willing to pay for decent labor.
I don't quite get what makes shops like CBI have a wait list like 6 months out. When I worked at Poison Spyder, we were consistently 6-8 weeks out on most products, but the company was expanding it's workforce as fast as it was growing, so there wasn't any 6 month delays on products. I left in 2014, and there were crews 24 hours a day producing parts. Now they have multiple production locations and robots welding bumpers 10x faster than a person can. It's actually quite impressive.

Seems pretty obvious, right?

Got do do some research and pull the icons off my Tacoma. Hurry up and mail your stuff to Jonny. I think I am ending up with you rear icons.

Hahaha. I'll clean them up tomorrow. The passenger rear needs need rod end bushing and top bushings. My mount being trashed did a number on them.

In and out in less than an hour. Faster than the whorehouse and cheaper too.

Looks better with those wheels for sure, but I agree with your wife, silver has got to go along with those running boards! That's going to be such a awesome build.

Yeah take care of all that. Lol fucking awesome man. Can't wait.
The mark up from Jonny to Duke for the rear icons might help me cover the cost of the front coil overs as well .

Mark up. Shit you mean that several orders of cheese Fry's won't cover it.
