@kasnerd here is the new cabinets my dad had built in his new garage. His garage is a 3 car tandem, so he decided to do the back area as his workbench and tool storage.
The slide out shelf’s/drawers for tools turned out well. So nice to not have to rummage through deep cabinets looking for a specific tool. He’s got 4 of them this time around rather than just two. He also had them make the corners into a lazy Susan thing for easy access.

I've lived with kitchens that weren't that nice.

That's a tiny fucking press. I can get a 20 ton for a couple hundred from harbor freight.

Lol right?
This is his 5th home with cabinets like these installed. It’s so worth it if you have the funds to make it happen. I really want to do something like this in my garage but it’s just so damn small that I barely have room for anything nice like this.

I don't intend to ever have cabinets like that. Gorgeous as they are, they won't stay clean, and I like plywood anyway. Melamine isn't durable enough for me.

I'm bringing home a truckload of 1/2" plywood this week from our temporary hoardings at work. I'll glue it all together and make up some 1" cabinets for the shop. It desperately needs more space.
