Banning is the sex offender capital of the desert. Just saying.
I know it's not the best, but it's not THAT bad. We are on the west end next to Beaumont, so we aren't in the middle of banning. Desert Hot Springs is FAR worse than Banning if you are talking about Desert Cities. Cabazon is small but it sucks balls, and Whitewater is even worse. Moreno Valley and Hemet are worse than Banning too. I'm not too worried. We live in a nice neighborhood on the nicer end of town.
Beaumont isn't much better. Stay out of grandma's restaurant, my ex works there. Hahah.
Beaumont is actually pretty nice. There are some rougher area's, but overall it is pretty nice. I know a ton of people that have lived there for a long time and they don't have any issues. Being so close to Beaumont, I have spent some time there and I've never felt like the area was sketchy. Anaheim is far worse than Beaumont, that's for sure!

My diff went out to ECGS today. I talked to Chase and he swears that the "newest" bonded seal fixes the leaky locker issue. I should have it back in 2 weeks. Once it's in and functioning I'll test it on Swamp Lake. Sounds like my kind of shake down run.
@Tetten We need to figure out where to meet. I was just up to Courtwright last weekend with the wife doing some climbing. You can access Swamp from multiple places. There's a staging area off Dinkey Creek Rd that might be a good choice. If you have any other ideas let mem know.
@Mike_taco4x4 Is the dealer done with that clutch yet? And pinwheels, don't forget pinwheels.
@Hank Meat in the freezer and not Boon and Crocket scores means you should be able to make it. Think about it. lol

I put a marker down in one of the first posts where the book says the trail starts, I was just going to meet there.

Just got my diff back from ECGS today. It's going in Friday. Then I have to get some Total Chaos spindle gussets welded up and swap the driver side spindle. There's way to much play in that LBJ for my liking. And since I'm an idiot and welded it to the spindle it's gotta get pulled. I should have it all done by next weekend.
I know @Tetten is elbows deep trying to get his TacoBox in. I have faith that he'll make it on this trip.
