Been having some vibration/shuddering when taking off from a complete stop, it’ll happen right away, then goes away. so I read up on the carrier bearing drop, installed it, and it seemed to have gone away but now I’m getting it again. Anyone else dealt with this?

u joints shot? If they real bad they clunk going from D to R with your foot on the brake.

No clunk, just that vibration/shudder during 1st gear then drives normal after that

99% carrier bearing. If it came back then maybe the shims weren't enough and now the bearing is shot. My taco did it. CB drop helped initially and about a month later the shudder came back.

No I drove it into a ford expedition before I could fix it again. Also turned out to fix my icon UCA squeak, the Dakar squeek, and any mpg issues I had

45mph slightly off square isnthe key for no airbags and minimal injury while still sustaining maximum carnage Or just go to any area where the drivers dont pay attention and turn in front of you.
