I've always been intrigued by the titan swapped nissans. Too bad the Toyota crowd doesn't have similar options.

No shame in capitalizing on the overland/mall crawler scene, as long as you actually wheel and build your own stuff.

What's the plans with the 4th Gen? Those are pretty sweet with the V8 option. My brother has two of them (one is 2wd though).
Queue @PermaBan : “whatsup with that runner?”

We build all of our own stuff; kinda goes in hand owning a fabrication and manufacturing shop. The K5 on 42s is my personal truck.

As far as the 4th gen, it's been put on the back burner. We've been trying to get this V8 engine harness worked out on this titan swapped Xterra for KoH, but COVID has kicked our ass this year.

We've got sliders built for them. Eventually we want to be able offer skids, front and rear bumpers, roof racks, etc. I'm itching to buy it myself to throw some 35s on it and as flexy mid travel as possible, but i've got too much going on personally. I've got a 94 2door Yukon that I'm about to through one tons under.

Hey, names Cody. I also have a personal account here (@AdvTeam5). We're a manufacturing shop in northern Indiana that specialized in Nissan and Toyota offroad gear. We make a little bit of everything, but cater to a lot to the broverlanding market, but I think we make some actual useful stuff.

We've got quite a few vehicles in the stable right now. I have a 2016 4runner, we've got 2018 Tacoma, 4th gen V8 Runner, some Titan swapped Nissans and an SAS Xterra.

We're getting a vendor forum setup soon here. I'll introduce myself there as well and start including our new product releases, discounts, and sales.

Thanks :beerscheers:

Welcome to the shit show.
This place is like a zoo. Well more like a giant monkey cage with a few Peacocks on the outside for decoration. The monkeys only settle down around feeding time then it’s back to flinging shit. :beerscheers:

Heya, Name is Mark, Ive got a 5th gen 4Runner that I’m just starting to build, (not sure if it’s ready for photos unless you want to see an almost completely stock truck) Ive been checking out the forum here and there for a few months Getting ideas for my build and decided I might as well actually make an account,

I’m new to any hardcore off-roading but
I do lots of exploring abandoned ghost towns / doing Photography and Astrophotography in remote places in N.Mex. After my Subaru’s got stuck and/or broke on the trail one too many times I decided to start working on something that might get me there and back again. Not super into rock crawling but my primary interest is getting the 4Runner setup to handle washed out dirt roads in remote locations (often made more treacherous by New Mexico’s quickly changing weather) My goal is to get the 4Runner setup to get me safely in and out of remote locations so I’d like to have my recovery gear situation worked out and also just learn to use it.

I’ll post a map of some of my travels and a few pics of some places I’ve found, Maybe some 4Runner photos when I get into the build which I’m starting now.

well you've managed to give NM a raging cases of your cooties by the looks of that map. I'm partial to NE NM, my family is from there and Philmont / Sangre de Christo area is absolutely gods country.

Welcome aboard. We're all a bunch of douchebags trying not to be douchebags with one rule, don't be a douchebag. It's quite the dynamic.

Some of us don’t even have guns and lean towards being liberal snowflakes. Weird... #coexist

I never knew how much of a soviet commie I was before IFS! Considered myself a good ol normal 'lets get this done practically' moderate citizen who votes for the most qualified candidate outside of party affiliation. Ya learn something new ev'r day.
