1970 chevelle Malibu 350/350 disc brake car 140k when I found it and brokered deal for my dad. Shipped it to him, he and his friends did a tremendous amount of work. It’s mostly done. Runs, drives, stops, and turns. He is in assisted living for now so I’m going to keep it in top form till he’s able to move out here and help build it more.
part of the resto was rebuilt 350 from 72 vette and a freshly built t350 trans. The motor was bored out to?, cam, exhaust, tons of bodywork, front clip frames por to firewall. Then painted silver with red hood stripe.
so many plans !!!!
So little money/time
Putting the rest of interior back in (door card, rear seat, misc..)first after I get a chance to put it up on stands and see what’s what, safety firstish. Then maybe wheels or roses for my wife for letting another toy into our family.

Fuck period correct. Restomods are the way and the light.
You look at those wheels he has and say that again with a straight face. Those 3 spoke bean dip designs dont even belong on the 850,000 single cab Silverado they're currently on. Put it 20s or period correct idgaf but those wheels are trash on a decent vehicle.

Gentlemen those wheels are just what came with it. I’m planning to put new wheels on one day. Just got so many projects, I’m going to just drive it for awhile. I’m always up for helpful advice and knowledge. I’m just learning about these cars, I’ve been a Toyota guy for along time. Thank y’all for the kind words, it really is a great looking car

My retort to your original comment....4, 7, 8...c'mon follow the bouncing ball.

You were raging out about the wheels on a car you don't own before I said anything.
I know you're old but are you suffering from some degenerative illness?

Alright y’all back to the regular program, any of y’all know much about these? Anyone have any wheels that fit, 5x4.75? I have to do a safety inspection on it while I wait for title paperwork. Any advice on best practices for dealing with these a bodies(maintenance, upgrades,tips/tricks, what you’d never do again) feel free to HMU. Thank y’all

I learned one major lesson when I built my first classic. Figure out your budget. Then figure out how to double it. Then triple that, and you're good to go. To really appreciate the process money cant be a factor lol. Find the right parts, and buy once/cry once
