Stale taco is appearing in Moab in the first week or so of February. Dates are not totally set yet. Tickets are free, I might actually buy you a 2.5% beer for showing up.

Never been further west than CO.

The plan is to check out arches and canyon lands for 4-5 days. Looks like there’s plenty of trails I’m confident doing solo.

I would like to do some harder shit if anyone is around. Not sure if I want to do hell’s revenge solo.

Next leg is Zion maybe the Hoover and at least drive through Vegas.

If time permits I want to come home through AZ and NM.

33s armored winched and locked in the rear.

Any thoughts, tips, or advice may or may not be appreciated.

Thanks

You'll be fine on Hells Revenge. it's all flat slick rock. Just some steep hills. everything you don't want to do has a bypass. Hells Gate is it;s own optional loop. I've seen stock subarus out there.

We have used this book many times and gives a good insight to all the trails. worth every penny.

I can't make it out there to join ya. Work is taking up too much of my time.

Side note: Utah is now up to 5% beers.

Thanks just got that book. I have another that has a lot of easy trails/roads. It’s pretty detailed and has scenic ratings also.

Thought some of the harder trails might not be to bad. Not sure I should do them solo, just in case.

If you come through Tucson you got food beer and a place to stay if you need it. We can do a out and back to chiva or just chill.
Doubt I’ll make it that far south, although I do want to get down that way. Next trip is probably PNW. I will get down in the SW , I think I want to move there eventually.

Appreciate the offer I take you up on it one day.

Bet you can get a real taco down there, not this NE bullshit. Although I have had a few decent ones around NYC, you got to know locals to find good shit.
