Just measured. I’m sitting around 23.75” unloaded with less than half a tank of gas. What’s your measurements?
I’m hoping they settle about an inch or so after some abuse and loaded down.
I’ll get a current measurement when I get home in a couple hours. It was right around 23.5” before I removed the cone bump stops when I put in the rear upper FROR links about a month ago, so it now should be right around 23.25”. I only have about 50 extra pounds over stock with this low profile swingout bumper, so you and I should be pretty close in rear weight.

Driver is 23.25 and passenger is just shy of 23”. It is over sprung to account for driver’s side lean I guess. I might need to add an OME trim packer to the passenger side.

How does yours handle in the high speed turns such as freeway passes and such?
I don’t like how touchy it is with the rear lifted higher. As soon as there is a little bit of sway it wants to start to oversteer a little which is super annoying.
I’ll throw the front sway bar back on which should help a little bit not sure how much it’ll actually make a difference.

It’s definitely got that touchy feeling when unloaded. With 150+ lbs of weight in the cargo area it settles in and moves more linear and rides nicer. That’s the give and take of running a taller, heavier spring I guess. 240 lbs spring rate is up there. Not many options when we’re limited to off the shelf coils. Anyone ever look into a custom spring? A 20-21” free length with 200 lb spring rate would be an awesome combo. Still gonna put you higher than Willy Nelson on your static ride height though.

I really want to coilover and trailing arm it for that reason. I’d run a dual rate with the spring lengths I prefer and not worry about dropping a coil. Bump up to a 2.5” shock body and with some valving it would probably ride amazing. Maybe one day I’ll do that and a cage and add bypasses all around and call it a day.

The dude from Terra Crew has a 4th gen with a short canoe style trailing arm pivoting off the factory frame mount and a fabricated lower mount at the axle. It has a smaller coilover (8” I believe) mounted outside the frame not entering the cab and where it’s mounted with the motion ratio, he’s pulling 16” travel.
