So it's that problem. Then add on two more bends to the tube, so that the bend you showed above has to be clocked correctly relative to them.
Yeah I'm gonna just say good luck. Idk the answer to that problem lol. Maybe draw it out on CAD and get the proper angles laid out?

It's more about bending the part than designing it. Although this cage project may force me to learn CAD.

How many bends are you doing in a single tube? I think the most bends I had was two bends. Any more than that is when it gets complicated to get right the first time unless they are on the same plane.

3 is the most I've done so far, each bend on its own plain.

Got a wild hair up my ass this evening and decided to take some measurements, and figure out what I need to make a LT kit of my own. Drew this up over the last couple hours. Needs internal gusseting and double/triple check the measurements. Might pull the trigger on ordering the parts for it besides the coilovers. Debating if I should go with 1.5" uniballs or 1". I know 1.5" is overkill but the bigger it is means less wear. I'll be using a 3/4" bolt for the LBJ. Gotta make an adapter to weld to the spindles then decide how I want to build the UCA's. Might chop up the stock length SPC's and reuse those parts. Sealed, high misalignment joint and some adjustability is always nice. We'll see.
