Full-size-able?
Buggy-able and useful?
It’s a tight trail with a lot of tight trees and rocks. A full size rig would be pretty tough in some sections but @Tetten had his 2nd gen Tacoma with 2”+ long travel and he made it through. A wider body would have made it tougher.
Im in, I need to be back in Bozeman by August 25th for classes but other than that as long as I know the dates I'll put in for the time off work and make it work.
Sweet! We’ll have to do it prior to those dates then.

I thought about making it 35 and double locked. Most guys will fall into that category anyway though. I made it on 33's but the dual cases helped a lot. I also broke a lot of CV's. Will see if this run is different.

We'll see how much interest there is but it seems there will be more then just the five of us this go. Any pics of you getting hung up between that tree and rock? It's still one of my favorite memories of that trip. Coming up on you I thought you where just waiting for us. Nope. lol

Your added to the roll call list.

It's a small wheel base trail but 2 of the guys in last years group had long ass Taco's. They made it with all body panels still attached. Dented but attached. lol

:noidea: Darn, in that middle spot of not worth squeezing and beating up the tow rig or anything else streetable I’ll still have, but logistically annoying for the buggy.

You’ll probably have more fun in the buggy. The Power Wagon is going to probably be too large to have a good time. Body damage is very likely on a rig that size. Just bring the buggy. It’ll be worth it!
Swamp was fun and very technical. All of the fun stuff was done at night, was a 18+ hour ordeal because it turned into a recovery taking turns daisy-chaining a broke FJC from Chicken Rock or whatever it's called out to the end of the trail.
Damn what a clusterfuck

With 18 hours towing probably everything.lmao

Well duh, but what failed first, hahah. I plan on having a spare regeared 3rd member before trips like this happen. I need to hit the junk yards and find a spare drive shaft too.

It was a great time and everyone worked well together except for a dude named Ed who had a mental breakdown and completely shutdown on the trail and walked away from his rig. He was useless for the rest of the trail and offered no help at all. We all had to take turns driving his own rig out. That was the cluster fuck.

Was there something about this on Facebook a while back?

yup, couldn't handle the trail as it got more technical and we haven't even got to the fun stuff yet. He got out of his rig and started walking back to the trail head, and that was that to say the least. This dude was also Vice Pres. of the TTORA SoCal chapter at the time.

That's wild.
