Well I bought this 04 4runner limited 4wd a month ago and this is the beginning of a hopefully not so slow build. I am swapping from a 07 Tacoma Pre-runner to this 4runner so far I like the trade. 1546129282282855633053.jpg1546129343485858424266.jpg

Pulled the Icons and the All Pro A Arms of the Tacoma and will put them on the 4runner when I get all the components to do the lift all at once. 15461297584731583479352.jpg Getting rear coils from @Brindybot and all the other stuff even some stuff that has not even been developed from @eimkeith and let's not forget the hardest working mofo that I know @Plastics Guy . My plan is to build this as a very capable Off-road rig/DD with all the components and aftermarket parts that I don't have from members and sponsor of this site. I ll be a member of the small tire club because as of now the plan is for 255/80/16 or 17.

I have been spending a lot of time in the garage and I think my wife is trying to tell me something. 15461301478061559990638.jpg

This is my other toy guys. So when I say I spend a lot of time in the garage I am not kidding. It's a Zuk on 35's 82 Toyota locked straight axles. Streched 8 inches. 6-50-1 t case. Climbs like a goat. It's been fun but I am going to sell it to fund the 4runner and 05 Tacoma 4x4 builds. Ok maybe I'll sell it 50/50.IMG_20180109_132928046.jpg

Making some progress. The Zuk is done and running better than ever. Got some douchebag shocks on order to complete the build. Got the 05 Tacoma in the garage now and making some headway soundeadner and some wires run.1551657031102444114278.jpg
Cmc and body mounts being done as well. 15516571237221079287282.jpg1551661730709621539449.jpg
All the credit goes to the grinder and the black paint because the welding was shit. Lol

Start at the main fuses. A welder is a lot different then hooking up jumper cables backwards. The amp's it produces could have easily made it past the fuse before it blew and fried the ECU. Here's to hoping it didn't.

Put your dicks away. I think I got lucky. The battery is down to 8volts dc. Just got a click click from the solenoid. Had no gage cluster lights before but got them on now. Put the battery charger on it. Hope it charges or just a battery that I toasted and not a ecu.

Probably just the battery. Click click is not enough power to the starter.

The new Geolander X-MT’s look promising. I’d consider trying those out if I had 17” wheels.
