too many changing rules
I don’t even know if the guns I own are legal to use anymore with how many ever changing laws are put into place without being notified.
That might be a good one to use at trial. Defense asking the ATF. His gun was legally registered, you knew he owned it and where he lives. Why didn’t you send him a notice letting him know that you guys changed your minds for the third time in one year?

The main ones to keep up with are the rules for the AR and AK platforms. Basically anything with a pistol grip. Shotgun and traditional handgun rules haven’t changed much in commiefornia

10.5 barrel is ideal any shorter and it’s a fire breathing dragon ,velocity suffers, loud asf. Even at 10.5 you need a forward break to reduce flash and direct sound forward suppressor. They are a better CQB gun than a 20 or 16 barreled gun. Also with the folding stock adapter it fits in a small backpack.

Notice the scope mount, your favorite brand. Can't get those new any more in FDE :)

Agreed, skip-a-reeno. I have a buddy that's trying to build a cheap 6.5 grendel and quickly found out that barrels is THE place to go brand/big name.
Yup the two places I’ll spend money on is a barrel and trigger. First barrel I ever bought for an AR was an FN 16” that cost over $200. I thought I overpaid because it was after sandy hook and prices were creeping up. The barrel didn’t disappoint
