Everything here went together as smooth as possible. I goofed and ended up damaging the inner hub seal, so I'll order replacements and pop those in when going for final steering preload set. Steering arm and lower trunnion bearing cap on, tightened down with thick/thin shim combo on all 4...

This is my 4th experience (and so far my favorite) with the Toy Mini Truck/ Landcruiser axle housings. Zoomed right through to getting the rotors installed on to the hub assembly. Unfortunately the retention bolts didn't line up.... not a huge deal

Took my lunch break to clean things up a bit. I'm a big fan, I have some work to do cleaning up the cuts as well as potentially pulling all of the plastics off to paint with something a bit more durable.

Thank you! It's hard to objectively feel like I'm making progress. I want to get to where I can just take some time and work on the 3rd gen. It has sat in the garage for so long that it won't even turn over.

Fox Factory 2.5 DSC (Performance Elite) series. 1. I opted to not build a set of Factory series bodies because I really didnt feel like having to deal with bodies potentially showing rust. 2. I personally like the darker colored bodies. This isn't an off the shelf shock, but you can shoot me...

Starting a Partial Part-Out: Next phase is turning into a 3/4 Runner, which means I will be getting rid of everything behind the rear passenger doors. Chopping the frame somewhere in that area, so if anyone wants a rear frame quarter and an Eimkeith Bumper, I'll be working to pull that off in...
