Slight chance it's the 140a fuse. It's bolted down, so you have to remove the entire fuse box to get it out to check it.

Weekdays is near impossible to do anything with my truck. Gonna be the weekend when I get a chance try out all these suggestions.
You have to remove the entire fuse box. It's bolted in from the bottom.
Visually it looks good through the clear plastic window. Is there a way to test it without removing the entire thing? Just apply the positive and negative probes to either side of the fuse?
I don’t think you can isolate it that way.
