Well took 5 years but the stock TRD OR suspension is no longer cutting it.
Mod time starts
Headed to discount to get new tires mounted in prep for full suspension overhaul next Monday
New wheels came in today.
Once suspension is done I'll have a few T4R trd pro wheels available on the cheap if anyone needs a spare wheel or replacement for major rock rash etc. I'm keeping one to mount my new spare on.
It's pretty back there great views of the Verde basin as you climb/drop into the canyon. Lots of little canyons once you get north of Bloody basin rd. Right now with how green it is and all the flowers in bloom is a good time.
Oh and if interested this is a pretty cool scenic 105 mile route. Prob makes a better overnighter than day trip. Has fast and cruising sections a-b and f-g plus slow and nasty sections just after b to f. Did it in stock height taco skids and tires took a beating but made it.
Anyone have a discount tire connection?
I wheeled a little too hard last week. So doing the only logical thing one can do in this situation. New tires wheels and fox 2.5 DSC set up cause fuck my wallet
I'm rooting for you guys. Plus any favorable 9th circuit decisions help us in AZ too for when the CA folks who fled forgot why they fled and turn AZ into CA 3.0
