LS is still happening. Kinda working around my buddies schedule since he has a shop and much more knowledge about this stuff than I do.

All 5 beadlocks and tires for that price?...

Putting the turd gen back to stock?

Sent most of the files up to @Konkordmusk to get cut and bent. Still a couple small plates to get buttoned up, but it's like 98% done unless there are some revisions to be done.

He definitely makes some badass products and his still level just seems to be getting better and better as time goes on. I know a couple guys with his +4.5” kit and they seem to really like it. I just don’t like the idea of custom CV axles, when a +3.5” kit can use stock tundra axles.

First it was Front Range, then Marlin, now BTF. This style A arm is really gaining traction

monkey see, monkey do. Always interesting to see innovation and its influences.

because their its still stock tundras axles? this was my dilemma and then JD happened. Stay cheap and available or go more and don't worry about breaks as much. I don't plan on wheeling hard without more safety (cage, harness, helmets), it was an investment into better durability on the trail. Over thought and over engineered. We'll see. Limber and nimble usually wins the race.

Theirs uses stock CV’s with custom length axle shaft that is +4.5”. I built mine to use stock tundra CV’s which are +3.5”. I’d rather keep it cheap and easily replaceable.

Let's face it. The fact that you are doing it yourself instead of a bolt on kit makes it cool. I can't wait till you get done with it. Mostly so I can make fun of you when it breaks but also to tell you how rad it is. lol

Got some sound deadening from a buddy today. Got a couple sheets in while I was killing some time this morning. Gotta pull the seats and get the other 10+ sheets in. Hoping this helps with the noise as well as some heat. I may have to get some heat shield to go over this if it still let’s in too much heat. Ever since I pulled the carpet, the noise and heat have been terrible to deal with. My plan is to get some vinyl flooring, but I wanna get the insulation dealt with first.
Anyone have any experience with this stuff?
