Goals right here!! I want one of these so bad! I'd prefer a Mega Cab, but would happily settle with this. Just gotta convince my bank account to gain a few more decimal points first haha

MegaCab means no need for an RTT

I’ve thought about changes and differences and something newer. But she just plain works. See over all the traffic every day. Wheels a lot harder than it should. Tows what I’ve asked without just needing a lot of fuel. 37s only took a little trimming.

I love my truck.

I’d still need a RTT since I got a wife and kids that gotta sleep somewhere. I’d mostly use it to tow a toy hauler to haul the rig around the country though. It would be so badass to have something like this.

Is it 2500 diesel?
That’s what I wanted too but went with The Chevy. I got a deal I couldn’t pass up.

My Chevy is gaser too 6.0 engine. It’s a proven engine. Space for days in the back seats. I love my truck, no regrets.

However, I feel it when I’m towing up hill.

Felt it for sure going to Moab a couple weeks ago. Been thinking about a diesel. But I don’t need to restart the payment plan. Big V8 will do just fine. And probably able to run most of a lot of trails even with the trailer for the hardcore recovery.

Might do gears in the spring. Going to continue with armor and maintenance and straightening things up for a while.

I felt the same way when I got mine. I wanted diesel but I didn’t want the extra $$$.

I need to start updating the suspension @4runner DOA was complaining about the stiffness of my ride.

I’ll vouch for Thuren Fab. He has some Chevy options as of recently.

I was really hesitant and even had some buyers remorse on the King stuff I got from him. But it really does ride awesome and test driving a new truck was noticeably different.

Checked Thuren Fab's website, only Chevy stuff is for the 1500.

We looks at the Sundowners. They’re nice and light, and their floor is low, which would be good for the track car, but the ceilings are really low. We plan to live in ours full time when we make the switch (someday), so we’ve decided on this one for Lisa and I and our two dogs.
It has a 16’ garage which will hold the FRS perfectly.

That thing is sweet!! How wide is the garage space compared to a Sundowner?

The sun downer is designed to carry a vehicle. The RV manufactures are designed for side by sides and golf carts not a 4000 pound truck. gotta watch the weight and axle ratings.

And I’d be surprised if most built Toyota’s are close to 4k.

No shit right? Sundowner makes a bad ass crawler hauler when the whole back end an open flat bed. That would be the easiest. Width and height are no longer issues and trimmed weight. I'd love to pick one of these up.

Just gotta fork over the $90-$120K for one. That why most people will buy a long ass flat bed and put a truck bed camper on the nose of them.
